Therapeutic massage helps your body & mind relax and release tension. It starts with deep breathing, and includes light - medium - firm pressure where your body asks for it. Some techniques used are: compression, heat, Swedish, and stretching. Hot towels, hot stones, and eucalyptus aromatherapy included by request.
30 minutes - $65 60 minutes - $100 90 minutes - $135
Couples Massage you each get your own table and therapist, but share the calming ambiance of healing energy in the room. Hot stones, hot towels and aromatherapy included by request.

Reflexology (see Add-Ons below) Stimulating 'reflex' points on the feet which which helps the energy flow to the correlated organs and systems of the body.
30 minutes - $50
Reiki (see Add-Ons below) is one of the most relaxing ways to get energy that isn't serving your greatest good out of your body. When we hold onto ‘negative’ emotion, it clogs up our energy flow and will eventually manifest as physical discomfort or dis-ease. This is a wonderful way to get the relief & clarity you need. You'll feel so peaceful afterwards that you may not want to get off the table!
30 minute - $65 60 minutes - $100 (includes sound therapy and other energy clearing tools)
TeraHertz Therapy (see Add-Ons below) Warm air and TeraHertz frequency help to relieve pain & discomfort, improve lymph flow, improve circulation, eliminate unhealthy cells, and recover faster from workouts. Clients have reported feeling relaxed during and after the session, - and shortly afterward feeling rejuvenated, thinking clearer, and happier than before the session. Light clothing is worn during this therapy, but it also feels amazing on bare skin after/during a massage!
45'ish minutes - $75
Ear Candling $25 Helps remove wax and debris from the ear canal. The flame at the end of the 'candle' acts as a vacuum to pull any excess wax/debris out. Can be booked as an individual session or added to another service.
Crystal Bowl Sound Bath individual sessions include guided meditation and Reiki by request
60 minutes - $100
Kansa Face Treatment (see Add-Ons below) Imagine a massage tool that relieves stress, supports health and well-being, and harmonizes energy in the meridians and chakras. Now imagine that it all happens on your head and face! This healing metal will reduce puffiness and dark circles, decrease inflammation, and assist in lymph drainage. You'll be completely relaxed, and your skin will be glowing!
15 minutes of these services can be added onto another service for $25 each, or included with another service for no additional cost: Reiki, Hot Stones, Cupping, TeraHertz Wand, Kansa Face treatment, Foot Reflexology, Rapid Release Therapy.

We'll take a few minutes before & after your session for consultation. I believe we are all meant to have easy, clear communication from Source (Higher Self, God, whatever you personally to call it), and when we're not paying attention to it, we feel disconnected. I'll do my best to relay any messages I may get while we're in session together if you're willing to hear it.
