Bowsage Therapy (trademarked & copywritten by Michelle Lally) is based on The Bowen Technique by Australian Tom Bowen.
This is a wonderfully healing session in which the client wears loose clothing, and rests comfortably on the massage table. The technique is several sets of gentle movements with 2 minute breaks in-between, which allows the energy to flow through your body to reset & relax the nervous system. For chronic issues, Bowsage is recommended every 4 days until symptoms are relieved.
