Bowsage Therapy (trademarked & copywritten by Michelle Lally) is based on The Bowen Technique by Australian Tom Bowen.
This is a wonderfully healing session in which the client wears loose clothing, and rests comfortably on the massage table. The technique is several sets of gentle movements which create reflex arcs that allow the muscles to relax and elongate. 2 minute pauses are taken between each move so the energy has a moment to flow through your body to reset & relax the nervous system. For chronic issues, Bowsage is recommended every 4 days until symptoms are relieved.
