Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be required to provide credit card information when booking your next appt. In the event that you cancel again without 24 hours notice, the full amount will be charged to that credit card.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” You will be required to provide credit card information when booking your next appt. In the event that you no-show again, the full amount will be charged to that credit card for your “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
In the event that you may be delayed, please contact me so that I can let you know if we have time to proceed with the entirety of your booked appt, or if it needs to be shortened or rescheduled.
